Based on the factory presets from OB6, they cleverly map Touché's Shiftings to relevant parameters.

When loaded, each of those hardware presets sends a program change to your OB6, so that its preset matches the preset of Touché.

Those presets also give you a good overview of which parameters from your synth could be interesting to control with Touché.
